• In 1986, we supplied a package deal for Al-Mouwasat, a 250 bed private hospital in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
• In 1991 we supplied a contract for 12 hospitals, capacity 30 beds to M.O.H./Saudi Arabia, through local Saudi company located in Riyadh.
• In 1993 we supplied the expansion of Heraa and Al Noor Hospitals (200 bed & 500 Bed) which are located in the Mecca area to M.O.H. of Saudi Arabia through local Saudi company located in Riyadh.
• In 1996 we supplied a complete package for the industrial medical center/Sheebah/Saudi Arabia which belongs to Aramco company through company located in Athens, Greece.
• In 1998 we supplied a big contract to the government of Venezuela which was financed by the world bank.
• In 1998 we supplied Al Mouwasat hospital/Dammam Saudi Arabia with complete package deal for plastic surgery department which included 4 types of state of the art  laser equipment, furniture...
• In 1999 we signed a contract with the government of Ghana to supply a big contract of medical equipment for the whole country, the total amount of this contract is 35million/USD.
• In 2000 we supplied the renewal and expansion of Al-Mouwasat Hospital in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
• In 2001 we supplied a contract of $2,350,000 to USAID Project for Egypt.
• In 2002 we supplied $1 Million to many USAID Projects for different countries around the world, including Tajikestan, Jordan, Egypt, and Romania.
• In 2003 we supplied a packaged deal for most of the equipment for the 75 bed capacity Al-Mouwasat/Jubail Hospital in Saudi Arabia.
• In 2003 we supplied a packaged deal for most of the equipment for the Cardiac Surgery Center of the Al-Mouwasat/Damman Hospital in Saudi Arabia.
• In 2004 we won a large contract for more than $1,400,000 to supply medical equipment to the USAID Project for Iraq.
• In 2004 we won a USAID Project for Tanzania for $333,000.
• In 2005 we supplied a package deal for 60 Bed Alhujailan Hospital in Hafer Albaten, Saudi Arabia.
• In 2006 we won USAID Projects for Jordan, Egypt and Yemen for $2,500,000.00
• In 2006 we supplied a package deal for Yemen Scan Center (diagnostic medical center) for the amount of $1,200,000.00
• In 2007 we won the expansions of Al Mouswasat Hospitals for Dammam Tower and Jubail.
• In 2007 we supplied the laboratory equipment of 75 medical centers for MOH of Saudi Arabia through our local agent in Riyadh.
• At this time we have three hospital projects: Taiz Hospital (50 beds), Yemen European Hospital (80 beds) and a partial contract for Azal Hosptial (80 beds), which are located in Yemen.
• At this time we are negotiating a 60 bed hospital project for one of the Caribbean Islands and we have positive signs about the awarding of contract to our company which would be approximately $15,000,000.00.

Also we are negotiating for a 300 bed hospital project for Tunis in North Africa.

We have signed a contract with out partner WHR/Genesis Planning Inc. for the Medical Equipment Planning of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi 360 bed Hospital Project.
